As a Product Sales Assistant, you’ll support our sales team in promoting tech solutions that empower communities. You’ll assist with outreach, follow up with leads, and help drive adoption of our digital products. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys connecting with people and making a tangible impact.
This is a trainee-level role. Following an initial intense training program, successful candidates will be assigned to our various project teams to assist in the conception, development, and support of technology projects, to learn by doing.
This position suits students seeking a place to gain industry experience. It is also suitable for Fresh Graduates and those passionate about building a career in Technology.
You will:
- Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information.
- Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of sales reports and records.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
- Recommend and display items that match customer needs
Requirements:
- Interest in building working experience in tech Product Sales
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in English
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
